"I really love this hotel! The staff were kind and lovely, even though I’m not very good at communication. I stayed in Room 406, which had a window and a door leading out to the balcony — I absolutely loved it! There’s a Family Mart right across from the hotel, and it’s not far to walk from the train station. It was also very convenient to walk to the large supermarket in town. If I ever come back to Nikko, I will definitely stay here again."

Excellent location and room facilities; it’s right next to the National Park, making for a convenient return to the hotel before jumping into the onsen in the evening as you await a decadent dinner. Thoroughly impressed with dinner consisting of local fish, pickles, rice and beef showing off Tochigi’s local produce Would stay again"

"For a supposed 2 star rated hotel was well above that, on par with 3 star anywhere in Australia. Room was very comforable and bed was biggest I have ever slept in, could have fitted 4 people easy."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war modernisiert. Das Hotel bietet für sein Alter sehr viel Charme und die umliegenden Grünanlagen sind sehenswert. Der Concierge war sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Ich kam spät abends an und das Personal organisierte mir etwas zu essen, da alle Restaurants, Konbini und die Küche schon geschlossen waren. Das europäische Frühstück war ausreichend, zu dem japanischen kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich es nicht probiert habe."
