"Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Wel geluid door airco (ook bij uitzetten blijft geluid) en lopend water als andere kamers douchen. Bed iets te hard en met harde knopen in de topper. Kussen wel fijn. Locatie is heel goed."

"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"Perfect location, but unfortunately there were loud noises on every floor (air conditioning?) To hear. The fault was probably known for a longer time, but not yet fixed. In our room the air conditioning could not be switched off at all and was therefore always audible. The reception settled the problem without any problems and gave us another room."

"Fantastic property, great location!"

"Siistit ja sopivan kokoiset huoneet. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä perinteinen aamupala, kivenheiton päässä keskustan ostosmahdollisuuksista ja nähtävyyksistä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet."

"Had a lovely stay in Liverpool! Very welcoming, and gave some great tips on where to see! Would highly recommend 😊"

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money"
