Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. "Didn’t like the 3pm check in rule. Arrived at 230pm hopeful of earlier check in and was asked to return at 1500pm. Was a good job there was no one else attempting to check in same time as check was long winded and tourist tax was an unexpected charge although minimal. No air con in room but a fan was provided and room was ok."
