Staff was friendly and nice. Just two issues, elevator times were extremely slow at times and crowded due to how long they took. Other issue was cleanliness, when we arrived to our room we found a key card in the couch cushion when we sat down and the dirty windows ruined our view.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Perfect location to enjoy theatre and New York. My single room was small but I expected that from the information provided- however it was comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and convenient for my needs. Easy check in.

Härlig amerikansk frukost och trevlig personal. Superbra centralt placerat hotell och fina rum, vi hade utsikt mot Empire State Building.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature ...
