The facility was great. Clean and comforting. Felt safe there. The staff could use some training. No eye contact when entering lobby. No excitement about their job. No customer service skills. All in all it was a good stay.

Quality Inn & Suites Maggie Valley - Cherokee Area
The area is great if you are staying around Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, etc. The room was definitely worth what I paid for it, but when I stayed, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were out.
