I paid a fifty dollar deposit for incidental's and I had to call the hotel two times to get the money refunded back into my credit card account

OASIS BAY SUITES, Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF
The rooms were very clean. Access to rooms were all inside the pool area and courtyard so felt safe and all outside areas were locked . We were on the bottom floor right at the pool. Clarion Pointe Tampa-Brandon Near Fairgrounds and Casino
Staff was very polite, room cleaned. I think the walls are a little thin, heard others talking, etc.
