"We enjoyed another wonderful stay at The Bath Priory Hotel. Our stay was to celebrate a special occasion (my birthday/our wedding anniversary). As it was a celebration, they very kindly upgraded our room which was amazing with fabulous views of the garden. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, and made us feel really welcome. Only 1 thing still to be resolved, was I paid for the hotel,Parking and Pet separately with clear request for separate invoices, as I paid everything on arrival and make the request in advance before I arrived and at check in. yet when I checked out they had put everything onto one invoice. Apparently would have take time to resolve but I couldn’t wait. They said they would email-l it to me. But still not received and also reported...
