"There are 3 reason for the lower rating. The main one was the noise. The apartment overlooks the cavern which is surrounded by nightclubs. The room aren’t soundproof so you can hear all the music from the club/pubs up to closing (2am). This made it impossible to sleep until 2am. If you aren’t looking to go out late in Liverpool then this will be an issue. The second issue was there was no phone signal in the room - so I was unable to make mobile calls. Lift available- we were in first floor in room 3, living room was very overlooked from other apartments with no blinds so had to pull curtains which took away all natural light. Bedroom has blinds which were perfect - need them in living room as well.
