"The staff were fabulous , exceptional customer service The room was spacious and clean , everything provided for a comfortable stay tea and coffee my partner enjoyed the biscuits so thank you for those and lovely coffee machine was an unexpected treat The only complaint and not so much a complaint the bathroom is very cold maybe just needs a little heater or something the toilet seat was cold to sit on first thing and getting out the shower was a shock but lovely hot water and lovely spacious...

"Great check in from courteous staff we arrived early than check in time as we were attending a nearby wedding staff were helpful leaving our cases in the room and giving us a place to change . We got back just after midnight and found the room clean with a comfy bed a good night's sleep later and the breakfast was great one of the best. Well done to all and it was a pleasure to stay there "

"Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent."

"We recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Park while celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very pleasant and well-situated, making it easy to locate. After arriving at Edinburgh Waverly, I hopped on the next train to Edinburgh Park, and upon exiting the station, I spotted the mall across the road. The hotel was less than a 4-minute walk away, which was manageable even with a suitcase and in windy conditions. The amenities around the hotel...

"This little gem of a hotel is tucked into a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing, the locals in the bar were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a large parking lot and local trails for walking. We got our laundry done for a very reasonable price, left folded/hung in our room. Highly recommend! "

"Position out of Edinburgh still gave easy access to Glasgow or Falkirk for the horses. The hotel was clean and useful for our stay in the area. Easy access to Edinburgh with public transport close by. Plenty of parking."
