"I love this place, it's a gem! The staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but got caught-up in the London Heathrow meltdown and my connection to Glasgow was cancelled. I took a train to Motherwell the next day. I called to explain and they were very accommodating of me missing my first night. Today I stated the West Highland Way trek. The Motherwell train station is a 1 hour train ride from Milgavnie (a starting point for the West Highland Way)....

"There was good parking and the structure of the building was sound. It could’ve been cute but needed severe updated (simply painting the walls.?) It would’ve been nice to know before booking there was no lift and the reception was in a separate building. The bed was comfortable. There was mold in the bathroom."

"We loved our stay here. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Be aware that there are three floors and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be for others. Overall, highly recommend the Inn!"

"Good location and rooms good side with filter coffee and chocolate bars available. Breakfast was also really good along with ample parking.
Check in was a bit odd with rooms and building unlocked and no food served on Tuesdays. Side saves were also dusty and staff unsure if breakfast was included which delayed my departure."
