"First impressions where average The restaurant and lounge area were fine bedroom was basic which was fine but cleaning was well below average and need a deep clean and maintenance Attention to detail was lacking through the property No towels change no hand towels no room service .Shame but the property looks like it has been let go"

"From the minute we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and on the ground floor which we had requested . It was very quiet and peaceful. We booked for three nights and had dinner on the first and third night. The meals were excellent and a good choice of menu."

First time my wife’s parents have been to the Tattoo and my Mother’s last time was 20+yrs ago. They were so looking forward to it but Hotel was awful. Rooms were so old and run down.
