"Licalisation central"

"The hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities. The room is comfortable, with everything you need, kettle, TV, free WiFi. Highly recommended."

"This is the best place to stay in old town. The rooms are spacey, very comfortable bed, the bathrooms are modern, great shower pressure, heated towel rack. Love everything about. The staff were very helpful and kind. However if you’re not able to do stairs, this would be a problem. We were in room 5 and there were 60 stairs. But there are landings so you can rest. Worth the climb though. "

"The hotel room was very clean and comfy and what i considered to be a massive bargain considering the price of hotels in edinburgh for the same night. The service was fantastic but breakfast was phenomenal to service and to food itself. I will be retur ing for my next trip to edinburgh. £120 for the night with breakfast for 2 people with two lattes and two teas. Phenomenal!!!"

"very charming and tastfully decorated hotel. every corner was refrected the owner's good sense. and we were fortune stayed at Saturday because the dinner was offered only weekend. good location for the following morning heading to the Highland Game at Crieff. "

"This little gem of a hotel is tucked into a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing, the locals in the bar were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a large parking lot and local trails for walking. We got our laundry done for a very reasonable price, left folded/hung in our room. Highly recommend! "

"The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff."
