"This appears to be a brand new property so everything was clean and in working order. I would have expected different lighting controls in the room given the switching layouts, plus the lighting color temperature is harsh and not inviting. The lighting in the bathroom was sufficient for me as a male, but I could see it being very deficient for anyone trying to apply makeup, put in contacts attempt anything requiring attention to detail as there was only a dimly rear-edge illuminated mirror and...

"The motel has been refurbished and no complaints there. The major complaint was that the room smelled like a wet dog! It was really strong in the bathroom. I should have reported it to the front desk when I arrived but I didn’t until we checked out. Also, don’t expect a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was the usual, nothing special. The host in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly."
