"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff attitude towards guests that pay high $$ for rooms could certainly improve. We had difficulty with our room key and front desk staff kept sending us between the room floor and the lobby for help, and security even said we were the 4th issue with keys. If they would explain how to use the key (hold still over sensor for 2-3 seconds) it would have saved alot of aggravation. Our room was very small for $265 a night but could be because it was an Expedia room....

"If you are going to Graceland, this is the only place to stay. You can walk to Graceland from the Guest hotel or take a shuttle. The staff are wonderful and the on site food amenities are great. It may be a little bit more, but it is worth it."

"We loved the lodge decor and spacious room. It was so quiet we slept very well on a comfortable king size bed. The only concern was there weren’t enough choices for restaurants in the complex. Driving through Memphis was not a good option so we ate at Wahlburgers twice and then didn’t eat anymore during our stay. The staff were very friendly and prompt with any questions we had. "Everything was excellent 🌟"

"Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night."
