"1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. "You get what you pay for - if you're just looking for a clean place to stay, they've got it covered for a good value (although they are currently undergoing a lot of renovations, so the common areas are a bit messier than the rooms). Not particularly convenient to anything, but parking is pretty cheap compared to other areas of Stamford. The team was very cheerful and helpful throughout check-in and our stay."

"I have had the experience of staying in numerous hotels previously, but unfortunately, the Stamford Suite fell short of expectations, particularly given its location in a city with a high cost of living. My disappointment was palpable. In contrast to the superior accommodations I encountered in some Third World countries, the Stamford Suite left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel failed to greet me, and when I expressed gratitude for the key, I wasn't acknowledged....

The front desk staff seemed unconcerned and offered us a clean set of sheets to change ourselves, but made no apology or offer to change rooms. "we booked a room for 4 people with two beds, and they gave us 2 towels, when we asked for more they did not have any and said they ran out of towels. next day we asked again, and got a lot of attitude about asking for an extra 2 towels when we booked it for 4 people."
