Everyone we encountered were polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The South African Barman was amazing. Definitely recommend a stay here even if only for one night."

"Magnificent grounds, the approach on driving towards the Hall is stunning. It's a beautiful historic building with a very pleasant bar with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the grounds open until 10pm. Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. "Lovely Hotel with restaurant. Breakfast was very nice using good quality ingredients. I particulalry enjoyed the bacon. The restaurant was also very good for meals. Location was convenient for the centre of Stevenage. Staff were helpful and attentive."
