Khách sạn gần Quán rượu và nướng Whiskey River tại Rochester

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"Verry good"

"Es un buen hospedaje superó mis expectativas."

"Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet."

"Good stay"

"The person that checked me in was horrible, he had nasty jokes. The room it self was ok."

"I asked staff for turn down service and was denied."

"The property was extremely clean, the staff very helpful. The rooms were set up nicely and were well maintained. It is a simple hotel, but priced very well and the best hotel we stayed at. The breakfast offerings are simple, but sufficient for one or two nights."

"It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet."

"clean room nice property"

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"No vending machines just a few things in the lobby. Not a thing in the fridge, not even water. Really basic room; stains on the couch and a bed that is just a sinkhole in the middle."

"Clean room, nice staff"
