"A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Not the cleanest Nothing to hang towels on 1 hand wash and 1 small tube of hair and body wash even though 2 of us were staying in the room. Extremely hot night but no fan provided I accidentally left my charger, contacted the property who said they did have it, took my home details and said they would send it. "Good location, quiet and ideal for a base for Birmingham. Good restaurant and bar, with a nice room. Our stay coincided with a heatwave and unfortunately a lack of aircon in the room but would only be a downside because of extreme heat that week."
