Khách sạn Whitewater

"this is perfect location. If you wanna walk around to downtown, also gay bars, perfect spot. The room is spacious, modern, and updated, and the mattresses are soft and really love this place. Understaff, extremely friendly"

"We went there for the outdoor tub, but there was no hot water, just lukewarm water."

"Parents stayed there. Said it was great!"

"This was a great clean spot. Nice spacious room. My only concern was I arrived way after check in time and my room was not ready. Clerk said it was being inspected by supervisor. I was just okay with it. Then they tried to offer me a different room that was not the same. I declined and just said I can wait for my room. Not sure what the issue was in why my room was not ready. Outside of that, loved my stay. It was Halloween amd lots of people just having a good time. Thank you"

"I had a wonderful time! It was so beautiful - everything was clean, the family staff is amazing, I loved the pool and the fruit trees and beautiful areas to sit. And the espresso machine was a lot of fun! It was also very safe and secure and easy for us to go in and out. Whenever I needed anything the staff was right on it as if they flew to my room! "I have been to this hotel many times. This time I was surprised to see how badly it’s maintained. The first night I didn’t have hot water. I changed room and then there was no cold water. The bathrooms are super dated. The mattress spring was damaged. The front desk staff are nice but unfortunately the owner of the hotel is not spending money on maintaining the property. The location and pools are great. I hope the owner takes accountability to maintain this property."

"Hampton goodness as usual! This location did have microwave in the room and a tub which we appreciated. Breakfast hours until 10:00 a.m. also appreciated! Used the guest laundry this time."

"Nice place.Beautiful location. Bed was comfortable."

"It was a wonderful one night solo trip. The off site room I got was not at Idyllwild inn but about a 5 min drive up the road at the strawberry creek inn which was actually really pretty. Although the idyllwild inn is right in the downtown area so walkable to shops, the strawberry creek inn felt safe, clean, and was next to a little creek to explore with a path. There is a Mexican restaurant walkable distance away but there aren’t sidewalks. You can get to the downtown area by car in a few mins...

"Perfect place for a short vacay"
