"Fantastic Food, Great Staff and Wonderful Rooms"

"Was amazing great comfy bed i slept in the last morning thats how comfy it was. Room very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing and staff were wonderful couldnt ask for any thing better would highly recommend 👌. Location was excellent too. When working away again would definitely stay again. "Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception. All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company. The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price Overall, very happy. "

"All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. Despite the room not having been planned for use, everything was clean and fully stocked which was impressive. Bed extremely comfy, didn't want to leave! Breakfast being included was great,...

"The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. "We just had a standard double room, I was suprised how nice it was for the price. The hotel itself is lovely, such a beautiful place. There are a few animals outside to feed, an outdoor bar area. The bar inside is great and reasonably priced. The food is AMAXING "

"Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. Exceptional service from a lovely lady who served us breakfast and made sure we had fresh coffee immediately, she was also fantastic with all other customers. We will...

However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive "

"Beautiful property in lovely countryside. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities provided. The bar was well stocked and the food lovely, although a little pricey, especially the children’s meal! Breakfast was fab with a great choice and cooked to order so was piping hot on arrival. Went to Kielder winter wonderland so this was an ideal stay as only 10mins drive away. Would definitely recommend."
