"Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. "Nice clean room, was upgraded to an Executive room which was a nice bonus. No air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the room. A fan was provided. Reception gracefully gave us 2 jugs of milk for tea and were as kind and courteous as always! Bathroom was stocked with towels, shower gel and some lotions and a bar of hand soap. There was a breakfast option for £13.50, which we chose not to have this time. Check out was a simple card drop box. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is less than a year old and looks modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the council car park behind the hotel which is free overnight but charges from 8:00 am. And the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and the ring road."

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "
