"I absolutely loved staying here. I booked a last-minute staycation and checked in pretty late, but the front desk made everything easy. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

"Even in the nicer rooms, this hotel has the so-called "open bathroom design", which is just a horrible mistake. Bathrooms need to have real doors, that close. Not flimsy sliding doors with an inch gap when closed. That is not a door.

"The staff is wonderful and accommodating.
Bed was comfortable and bedding was nice and great condition.
I do prefer a bed with more of a padded topper, but it’s fine for a few nights and at least it’s not hard as a rock. I definitely can’t sleep on super firm beds.
The whole place is quite dated but they’ve done a decent job with maintenance and cleaning.
The bed, table, and chairs are in good condition and cute style.
The bathrooms can really use a remodel or at least some shower caulking...

"Loved the free shuttle from them to the airport. Bar in the adjoining hotel (aloft) was great. Room was modern and comfy. Breakfast was great (and free). Plenty of places around for snacks, coffee and lunch and stuff. Pool area was well maintained and we had a great place to relax. David checked us in and was friendly, informative and welcoming. Would definately return when flying into or out of LAX, takes the traffic worries away."
