"The welcome was excellent and concise. The room was very clean. Some fixtures were a little loose, the bedside lamp and the toilet flush. The room despite this was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The compliment breakfast was very good and varied. "

"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. Their staff are nice...

"Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans."

The gentleman at the reception made our stay trouble free and so welcoming! My daughter had a relaxing stay with her lovely mini-cola bottle. We will definately come back."

"As soon as I booked in Bridget made me feel right at home.which as a solo traveller I really appreciated. I observed other staff being friendly and welcoming to customers, not in a way that made them sound as though they had to be like that but because they genuinely behaved like that. The room was a good size very clean and the bed was comfortable. The food I had was good too. All in all an excellent experience with a team being led by a lady passionate about giving quality service ...

"We had our breakfast in bed, it was a great choice. "

"The sitting where we sat to eat dinner had tape all over the sit which looked horrible, dont think it should be used!! We sat for breakfast but no one said that breakfast was on its way, we had to ask for tea and coffee as no one asked plus breakfast seem to take ages!! The hotel was warm and clean and the lady when booked in was friendly and helpful "

"Great place to stay and super friendly staff!!! Came to check in on the Saturday night just as kitchen was closing, manager immediately offered a quick meal for 3 of us (3 cheeseburgers) for a great price! Rooms were clean and cosy! Perfect place for a night or weekend stay."

"The room was excellent. Keeping me on breakfast were both very good and served in a most friendly way. The staff for all very friendly efficient and helpful. We would certainly visit again but would maybe ask for a slightly different room with a more comfortable mattress. This though, is purely a matter of preference. "
