"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Clean but small basic room with paper cups snd no view"

"Easy to find by following the signs from the t2 car park. Rooms are good, typical airport hotel rooms. The dark decor showed every scuff mark but generally well maintained. The restaurant was good but pricey (but I suppose normal for airports). We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium. It was quiet and fine for a one night stay. Will stay again."

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. "When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. "The room was really spacious and clean. It was a little bit old as the carpet was a bit worn in places which was a shame. The pool area was nice and was well maintained.
