"Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter...

"The room smelled of mold. The refrigerator was very loud, it disturbed my sleep. The parking lot was full of trash."

"Terrible experience, don’t stay here. Our AC was leaking so bad a puddle formed under the bed. They used dawn dish soap for the shampoo. The pool was shut down. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bite that I’m pretty sure were bed bugs. The towels were stained with yellow dots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else."

"The property was in bad shape. Our room entrance door was broken would not open. The jams damaged with screwdrivers I reported to the attendant. the bathroom door would not close and was coming off the hinges this place really really needs to be renovated. Only reason I stayed was I needed an emergency hotel for the night since it was after midnight would definitely than that stay in the place again."

"I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

"Loved this location, good restaurants around, Hotel was in a safe neighborhood with good lighting. Can't beat the price, I've paid twice as much for places that were not quite as nice....it will become a preferred location for me for my travels through Savannah....Rooms were clean and quiet with good a/c."

"When we checked in the room was warm so we put the ac down more and left to explore Savannah. Upon returning we noticed the ac did not work. We went to the front desk and told them about not having ac. I was told they would call maintenance and troubleshoot shoot it and they can move us rooms. It’s was after 10 pm the guy said he would call me before he leaves at 11 pm. We never received a call. At 3 am I just couldn’t handle a room in Savannah in the summer with no ac.
