"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and transportation. I also really loved the hotel’s style and wall art, which made the place feel charming and unique. "This is has not been taken care of. The shower was clotted and the tray for the shampoo broken. They moved me to a new room and the new room’s phone was broken. If You want something (like milk for your coffee) you have to go downstairs and ask for it, water, shampoo, coffee, I will have to go down and ask to refill my room. If you look under the beds it looks like they haven’t cleaned for decades. The place is rundown, and for $450 dollars at night, ITS NOT WORHT IT!"

"This hotel was quite unique. I can’t describe the unusual setting of an Indian hotel in London. The cuisine was not my favorite. However, the breakfast was stellar. My room was absolutely amazing. The elevator was a little funky."

"What a friendly bunch they are at The Old Bell. Clear the new owners and motivated to make this a great spot for all. A truly warm welcome and great chat with the staff; all keen to learn and do things the right way. They really are a credit to the management. Rooms still need a little work, mattress on the bed was not great at all, but everywhere clean and tidy. Would happily stay again when in the area for work."

"An absolutely brilliant hotel in a truly delightful and historic village. Our bedroom was at the back in what is known as the Cottage. It was extremely comfortable, decorated with great care, and had all necessary amenities. Dining area gave the option of sitting inside or out, and although we did not dine there, we had a wonderful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "Super clean and cosy room. It was ready upon arrival and staff was very helpful in explaining the property and pub / restaurant area. Room does not have AC but had a fan and brought another upon request, as well as blackout curtains. (For those traveling from US, not many pubs and older dwellings have AC like we do in the states). We arrived when it was above 30c) We had great food during our stay and were able to enjoy long hikes in the park and super convenient spot to our friends I the area."

"New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby.
