"What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. "The location is great, you walk out of the door and walk down the street and you’re at all the shops and Windsor Castle! The train station is also super close!"

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn. We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

"Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent. Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights. Highly recommend this...

"The best thing about the stay were how friendly & helpful the staff were. The best staff I have ever met in a hotel. Everyone was so accommodating from reception, waiting staff & cleaners. The hotel owner is very lucky to have staff like this & they are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was really good also. One piece of feedback but not important, maybe consider investing in a coffee machine as I missed my cappuccino!"

"This place is a solid 3 star hotel, in a great location. The property in rough condition, I could feel the springs in the bed, bathroom looked like an insane asylum, the continental breakfast was a bag of snacks put together from the night before… but as soon as I walked out the door, recognized why I paid to stay there."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"Booking was cancelled by the hotel and was only notified whilst travelling there (6 hours after booking) as booked same day. Got to the hotel to be told to check the Expedia site for other hotels as was told they could not do anything. Staff were extremely unhelpful"

"This is a very quirky old building! We used this property as an overnight stay prior to a flight and it was just perfect for what we needed, we didn’t arrive until about 9pm so didn’t have food but had a couple of drinks in the bar and very short distance to the airport in the morning. Also unlike some of the chain hotels we looked at there was no fee for overnight parking at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again!"

"Hotel has seen better days with inconsistent amenitities in the rooms. We booked three family rooms and two of three had a safe, two of three had a fridge, AC couldn't cope with the high temperatures (above 30C)."

"We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service.
