"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

"The pool and fitness center are open late until midnight, which is nice when you are busy all day, plus they have a late checkout at noon and free shuttles to the airport! Beautiful blooming azaleas everywhere.There is a full breakfast but nothing made to order, still lots of good options. The cons are: limited parking spots, bed was firm so not very comfortable to me, and the fan in the room blows out alternating cold and hot air to maintain temp instead of just shutting off. "This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival."

"I was not impressed with this hotel. The walls are very thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me laughing, talking, and singing. It was also $31 a night for parking. I found that absolutely absurd. The room didn’t come with a fridge or microwave, but the houseman brought them up when I requested them. I was happy about this."

"This property has everything. Check in and the room was very nice. Go downstairs and to one hallway they have a laundromat two places to get sandwiches or pizza, a market, a theater, a barber shop and at the end of the hallway to restaurants. All under One roof. Place was nice people were down to earth it was in an industrial area but if you're a regular guy this place is great. If I have to stay in Portland again this will be an option I look at first not last."

"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. "What I liked about the Hyatt Hotel property was the welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable and convenient. I also appreciated the attention to customer service and the relaxing environment throughout the property. The location and overall presentation of the hotel made it a great experience.
