"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience."

"This is a charming country house and everyone was amazing. We enjoyed a walk around the property and the food was spot on. You can’t go wrong staying here if in the neighborhood. If you’re also familiar wrote ceramics, you’ll find several ships about 10-15 mins away that is a great place to browse and shop. "

"The hotel rooms are quite tired. Communal areas are better. It is an old building and that restricts the layout but the bathroom had a broken basin, light that didn’t work, toilet flush button was broken, hairdryer and kettle both very hot with use. The room was also very warm with no aircon. Great location and the breakfast was good but not a luxury stay."

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...

"Staff were doing their best to help. Maintenance is poor, with a wonderful collection of black mould in the en-suite. Noise from the road is almost unbearable. I made the mistake of booking 2 nights and certainly won't be going back."

"The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. "Lovely hotel for a few days while at a wedding. Clean and spacious room with effective shower. Coincided with the Chester Folk Festival in the village, so evenings were really lively. As we were with friends in the village, we didn't have a main meal at the pub / hotel, but my daughter's snack was excellent. The menu had plenty of choices. Only disappointment was that cooked breakfasts were not available, but a good selection of light food was provided. The staff are very welcoming and...
