"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

"Sauberes Zimmer, early check-in war leider nicht möglich. Frühstück und Parkplatz haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Underground-Station „West Brompton“ fußläufig in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar."

"Tiny rooms but very comfortable with great location. The staff solved all our problems kindly, the only thing I didn't like is that there is no lobby and the wc door in the room is transparent, so there is not much privacy."

"The room is so small, the bed is too short, and the shower is so small that one can hardly turn around in it. The shower door doesn't close properly, allowing the water to escape outside. The handheld shower head was pointing outward, with no direction to remind guests to turn it inward or hold it by hand while turning on the water, so the water doesn't spray outside and drench the floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has A/C and is overall clean."

"Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!"

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and...

"We had a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent location, numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning worked really good! We were thankful for that as it was a heat wave when we went."

"Check-in was quick and easy. The room, though small, had everything for a one nights stay. The bed was comfortable and the toilet and shower were modern and clean. The lighting in the room was versatile, with a variety of different settings from night and reading lights to full brightness. I did not utilise the TV but it was generously sized and unobtrusive. Limited room for storing and hanging clothes but fit a short stay the room is better utilised for the other amenities. No outside noise...
