"Hotel location is excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station (ignore Google Maps!!). Staff were first class and very welcoming. Hotel is excellent throughout. Breakfast was top class, so much choice and excellent quality. My only gripe was the prices of the drinks at the bar (which is common in hotels). £24 for 2 cocktails and £8 a pint. Would definitely come back again."

"We had a lovely stay! We went to an event at the arena which is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was access only via our key cards which was nice, we felt safe. The apartment was immaculate. It took two minutes to check in AND out, the staff were approachable and attentive."

"I had to move rooms as the toilet seat was broken but the receptionist was very helpful and it was not a problem. My second room was comfortable, clean and all amenities were working . Breakfast service was excellent. Great location to all inner city amenities."

"The hotel is part of a conference building on a university campus. Once you get onto the campus the signage is very clear and I had no trouble finding the building. Nice and helpful reception staff. "We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. "Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room. No water in the room and as it is located in a separate building from the bar I believe this is essential. Room keys are reset overnight so you have to go back to reception to get back into your room. Restaurant is very busy so you must book in advance. Service at dinner was a bit chaotic with no segregation of duties. However every staff member was very friendly and helpful."

"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream.
