"Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁"

"Beautiful little guest house with incredibly friendly owners. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable & was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was quiet & even had air-conditioning. The breakfast tray brought to your room every morning was a very nice change to the dining room experience we're used to......we definitely preferred it. "The Thames Head Inn is a great gem. It's about a 1 mile walk from the Kemble train station, I walked alongside the road since taxi service is scarce and had no problems. There aren't any other businesses nearby, so I ate dinner there as well (delicious) and paid for breakfast the next morning (also delicious).
