"Great room. Small but clean and comfortable for the price. Great Japanese style breakfast included in the price."

"Great hotel in the great location. 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. The room was exactly as on the photos: it was large by the local standards, with a wardrobe and drawers to store clothes and enough space for three suitcase. The beds were comfortable. In the evenings we could watch the light show on the Municipal Government building, which is just across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was great, large selection of freshly cooked dishes, frest vegetables and fruit. I would recommend the...

"Easy access to trains buses and center of town!"

"The twin room had a two-seater sofa in-between the twin beds, which was very helpful for various uses, besides relaxing. The free breakfast was a simple yet nutritous offering that included juice, cofffee, miso soup as well as rice balls and various side dishes. Employees including reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Room was small but perfectly designed to be comfortable. Hotel was just a little off the centre which was very nice to be away from the chaos of Shinjuku downtown but still very walkable. Very convenient to have an efficient storage room and laundry facilities. Staff was very helpful."

The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the...

The room itself showed considerable signs of wear and tear. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, although I recognize that this comes down to personal preference. What is not a matter of preference, however, is cleanliness. The condition of the bathroom was...
