"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues. On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone.
