"Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience."

"The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad."

I booked for two nights and had to check out one night early due to the bad situation also, it is parked along I four and it is very noisy at night understanding that it was the Fourth of July weekend. "I had 2 tvs in the suite, and both worked poorly. When leaving to get something to eat i asked the front dest to have someone to please take a look at the tvs and the air in the bedroom was also coming out, was far less then cool. When i got back i asked the front desk how come there was nothing to help the guest with programming. They then handed me a list of all stations. Got back to the room and air worked fine, but the tvs had the same issues. The remotes were moved so they did examined...

"I liked the way the room was laid out. The room was cleaned except for the bathtub. The bed was so comfortable. It would have been nice if there were usb plug ins beside the bed. The staff was very nice and helpful."
