"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"This property is conveniently located near the square, restaurants, an atm, and stores for shopping. The hotel provides pick up from the airport and will park as close to the hotel as possible(about a 5 min walk). A heater is also provided in the room as well and the rooms look exactly like the pictures that are provided on the hotels profile. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
