"Upon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. "I’ll be honest, when we drove up we were worried. The exterior looks dated, but we just needed a room for the football hall of fame game so we kept an open mind. The interior did not match the exterior. Everything was updated and well kept. The man at the front desk was friendly and checked me in right away. He gave me room keys and offered to carry our luggage (I declined since we were on the first floor). Our room was adequate sized and had a small fridge and microwave. The air...
