The apartment was ideally situated for the town with free parking. It has a noisy aircon/heating system which I tried and failed to turn off-otherwise perfect! "

Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. "Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day "
