"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"The three bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, with great views and had so much potential. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit gross. On checking in we also found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and half finished milk teas around the place. There were also cockroaches roaming the living room mattress, and we found stains on all the couches, the towels and the bed sheets. "Overall hotel condition is tolerable. Clean but hot water and toilet door not working. Since I only stay for 1 night it doesn't bother me. Unfortunately I was traveling with my mother and she found it very uncomfortable. Local area was not very suitable for guests with family. Police come knocking on our door (all rooms) for spot check (I guess) and the sudden knocking keep my infant awake and difficult to sleep again."
