"Great hotel close to all the action "

"The property itself was great. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. The breakfast needed to have a few more options in my opinion. And, unfortunately, the area surrounding the hotel was very dirty and unsafe. There were so many unhoused people living on the sidewalks right outside of the hotel. It also wasn't easy to find places to eat in the area. "

"There is no front desk, it is all done by a kiosk with a person on video. I prefer a in person experience. When we needed something there was no front desk to call, we had to call the hotel from the website phone number to request additional towels and to fix our TV. Also, no one cleaned our room for the whole 4 days we were there. After the first night we asked the lady in the "kiosk" and she said the only clean it if requested so we did and when we returned back that evening the room still...
