"When we first checked in the outside of the hotel seemed very nice. Had a nice pool and the area looked well maintained. When we got in the room it was very clear it was surface cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and around the counters. Later that night we saw roaches moving around! We killed them and left the next morning. I let the front desk know about it and they didn’t seemed too concerned. Just asked me where I saw it and said the next time the exterminators come they would let them...

"We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Gatlinburg! The hotel was exceptionally clean, new and fresh. Most importantly, my grandson and I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The location was another huge plus. It was an easy walk into town where there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages, making it a perfect place to stay.
The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The only item that could use some...

"This place is absolutely disgusting. We stayed in the room 10 minutes before turning around and leaving. The smell is so bad throughout the whole building and room. Our AC unit ran so loud, sounded like a plane about to take off. There is water damage everywhere, on all the walls. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging down, broken. The room was disgusting, not clean at all. The building is so outdated. I’m not sure how it is still open. To top it off, they WON’T refund you for the poor...
