"lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town "

"Our room was clean and for our family of four it had the perfect set up with one queen and two decent sized bunk beds. Shower needs a bit of an update but otherwise the room was great. Nice touch having complimentary tea, coffee & juice in the morning and offers to order a decently priced breakfast. Location was close to restaurants. "

"Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. "Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
