"Cannot praise this hotel enough.
It is in a fantastic position for the marina, bars and restaurants.
The staff are so friendly and helpful.
Rooms clean and modern.

"Room was extremely hot but uk was having a heat wave no fan. Noise from the road with windows open. Small compacted room for single travellers. I think there's damp / mold behind the wall paper. By the bed wall paper peeling could see black mole, also near window. This was a one night stay and Cardiff was busy. I feel the room be cheaper, but your probably paying for location. I wouldn't stay again as there are bigger better places with breakfast available if i had booked earlier."

"Basic hotel, fine for the cost. Rooms on the front suffer from noise of automatic bollard warnings! Bring your ear plugs if you can't get a room on the back."

"Very noisy with each room having fire doors that slammed all night behind guests going to and from their rooms. No soundproofing from within the hotel, so could here people passing in the hallway. Little sleep had.
There appeared to be what looked like cigarette ash in the shower, with the room also looking a bit dated and run down.
On the plus side, very nice staff."

"The room was fine. Beware of the parking charge which is applied to you if you have booked through Expedia. I personally think it is ridiculous to charge extra for parking at a motorway service station hotel."

"Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. But I almost fell asleep my legs died underneath me and I was too shaky for what looked and slightly tasted like a fab breakfast. I was just...

"Personnel gentil mais peu aidant. Les photos sur le site d’Expedia ne représente pas la chambre dans laquelle nous étions. La douche était très salle, le robinet en piètre état et la toilette ne fonctionnait pas. Les lits étaient mous. La pire expérience d’hôtel de ma vie. Le personnel est au courant de l’état de la chambre mais ils nous ont dit que la compagnie ne faisait rien pour améliorer l’établissement."
