"This was a very disappointing stay. Firstly I paid 39 pound to check in early, this was not ready in time.
I had blood stained sheets in various spots. In addition white stains all over the blue pillows. I welcomed the staff to come and collect them. They said I needed to arrange a time. In my opinion they should come and collect them without having to arrange a time.
In addition, a constant smell of cigarettes flows throughout the building."

"I had a fantastic stay at Astor Kensington! A massive shoutout to Katie (the manager) and her incredible team—they do an absolute awesome job. The entire hostel is kept spotlessly clean, and everyone working there goes out of their way to be warm, welcoming, and super friendly. They were so accommodating with everyone's requests, making everything completely hassle-free.
The beds are super comfortable, and the facilities are top-notch.
Having a decent-sized, well-equipped kitchen along with...

"The room is tiny, nor fitted for 2 people. Cleaning standards are the lowest I’ve found but the worst are the windows. These are not double glassed, are very old, not well maintained so it doesn’t block the cold. It also doesn’t stop the noise from outside as it’s on a busy road. Stayed for 30 mins so I was able to book another place to sleep. I don’t recommend at all!"
