"The hotel room was quiet and clean, only a little old and something outdated but still functional (tv). The area is great to visit a lot of the Chicago attractions and staff was helpful. Would recommend! "

"The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and hotel itself were pretty clean. It's in a heavily populated area of a major US city - you're going to hear noises from outside at night, so just know that going into it(I've seen people complaining about it in reviews). I never felt unsafe walking around the area and there were people all around at basically all hours. I'd definitely stay again."

"I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "

"The staff text you - which is a nice touch. I was able to ask questions that way vs calling the front desk. I Don’t really like taking 2 elevators to get to the room- 1st one goes to 15th floor and then you walk a little bit across the dining room and bar area - to another elevator - with a line of people.l waiting. that was a bit of a surprise - but otherwise it’s a great place. Great location. Staff were great. I was able to check out late and they stowed my bags till ready. "
