"The rooms were clean had all the amenities i needed, toiletries, coffee maker, mini fridge, slippers. The staff were super helpful, courteous, they made our stay very pleasant. Location was perfect, centrally located walkable to all museums, restaurants, shopping and religious sites. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff very nice helpfull , breakfast was jut as we like it variation and pleanty. A special thanks to Cimonetta at the breakfast made it even more nice to eat breakfast. Nect time we go to Florence we we stay here , buy take a larger room. Double standard is not the standard we are use to, but it as ok, and very clean, thank you to the staff of cleaning."
