"This place has a quirky charm. Décor is a bit dated, a few creaky floor boards but offers a cheap comfortable stay with amazing staff who go the extra mile. It's ideally situated for a brisk 10 min walk into Bournemouth. Has a small pool and games room which is great to keep all entertained."

"The receptionist staff member called Bee was very helpful. She helped me sign in on my phone and with the wireless Internet. I had a problem with the shower, she looked at it and straight away organised another room for me. A very professional member of staff. Couldn't fault her ."

"For a 3 star hotel thought excellent. Room was large. Had comfy bed, very clean, tea and coffee supplied. Had a large bath and shower. Hotel was opposite the beach and had a lovely outside pool. Breakfast was buffet style. Had fresh fruit , yogurts, cereals. Cooked breakfast, toast. All hot and very nice."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Chilworth Manor while visiting Stonehenge, Avebury Stones, and Salisbury Cathedral. The property was once a manor and has evolved into a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, with substantial grounds and walking trails. The trails could use better upkeep. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel; the food and service were perfectly fine. Our only real drawback was that our third-floor room was accessible only by stairs, with no lift. An employee kindly helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a lovely historic setting and convenient location for exploring the area."
