"We had a luggage mishap the morning we needed to fly out and there was no time to go purchase a new suitcase. The front desk was super helpful by supplying packing tape to hold the suitcase together until we reached our destination. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. The only negative I noticed was the fan grate in the bathroom over the shower had not been cleaned in some time and was quite fuzzy from dust. The ceiling paint in the shower was peeling (a lot). "

"Our stay was amazing we love it. We we’re in Pittsburgh for the first time spent our weekend at this hotel and have no complaints. Friendly staff made us feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to share with everyone on our stay in this beautiful place in the heart of the city. The view from our room was amazing and I love the fact there were no blinds to block the view. Close to everything like restaurants ballpark ,museums and stadium. Thanks again to both of the front desk employees who help out...

"Hotel is super close to PNC. Some signs of age especially in common areas, lobby and walkways weren’t always super clean. It was busy and active while we were there. Room was nice and comfortable. "

However, the hotel is located in a very nice area and we felt safe. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. "
