The rooms were spotless, facilities are great, top spec bathroom etc etc. The staff are friendly and informative, and to top it all you get breakfast included! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone travelling to Lincoln. "

"Very good wish we stayed longer. The event was a bonus we didn't know about .Disappointing the fish and chips take away closed at 9pm on the Friday night."

"The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again."
