"Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures
I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. The whole place was dirty, smelled terrible and looked very run-down. I honestly cannot understand how this is advertised as a three-star hotel.
The hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers, but from what I saw, it looked as though it had never been properly renovated after they left. The walls were dirty, scratched and...

"Really lovely room, older style, well priced hotel in the very centre of Andover. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast.
Because the room was on the front, sadly, it was noisy at night - the Redbridge pub is open until 11pm most nights, midnight on Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays !!!! Maybe request a room at the back of the hotel if you like a quieter night - but, of course, if you like a good night out why not join them!
Thanks for a lovely stay."

"I wanted to know if they could give me a room with a shower tray. No reply.
I needed to cancel due to illness and then neither I could get hold of them. As a result I had to pay for a hotel I could not use.
Expedia were unable to sort out this issue.
Such poor communication means I will not use this hotel ever.
I also am disappointed Expedia could not get the hotel to agree to basic customer service like being responsive to customer enquiries"

It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!"

"Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay."

"Property was nicely decorated and, whilst there is no reception, the instructions to gain access were easy and worked well.
The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and well thought through although there was a lack of English Breakfast tea bags which I assume was just because they hadn’t been topped up.
There is no parking at the accommodation but lots of parking in the town centre - it’s only a few minutes walk and I would recommend parking first and then walking to the property as...
