"Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Bedroom was lovely, spotless and well stocked with toiletries. From the outside the building looks a bit scruffy and in need of a coat of paint. Big job tbough, i appreciate that. However, when you're inside, you can't see that! This was my first stay there, and I will definitely book again. "We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. "
