"The staff was great. The location was great in terms of being able to walk to different cafés and shopping centers. The size of the room was disappointing, I was expecting more walking space in the room. It would have been nice if the balcony had a cover or umbrella so we could still sit outside during the ran and be protected from the sun on other days. I also requested via whatsapp for our room to be cleaned after it wasn't on the third day and no one responded. We waited six days before...

"This hotel is in a good location with all the amenities you need. The staff were friendly and polite The room was a little small but more than adequate for our three night stay. The onsite restaurant was useful for a quick buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. The only reason it didn’t get a five is the road noise later at night. "The bed was comfortable. Our shower was very old. We were not able to get hot water. Breakfast wasn’t very good."

"Very clean, staff lacks a bit of good hospitality vibes (no one smiles). But the place is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable."

"As a hotel, it is located in a convenient location with a more reasonable price comparing to others among the district, but as my stay in Singapore is for Singapore GP, it doesn't hurt much as I stay pretty much away from the hotel. But for the cleanliness of the room, I find it only acceptable but not exceptional well paid for the price. I expect more when paying for a more expensive price during F1 weekend. Otherwise its acceptable for a hotel of this level."

"Loved the rain shower, great water pressure. Bed was comfortable, needed four pillows. Staff was friendly. Property was clean. "
