"The location is near to everything . There is one train station that is walkable . There is a lot of reaturants and parks around the area. The staff in this hotel are very helpful , nice and polite."

"All very clean with comfortable beds. Had a great shower with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Mini fridge too. Staff helpful and allowed us an hour extra until check out. "

The entire hotel was spotless; you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything immaculate. The location is perfect as well, with easy access to transport, shops, and great spots to explore. It made getting around the city so effortless. Overall, a brilliant stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend HF Fénix...

"Lovely place"

"The place is so cute and the staff are kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are always kept clean. The area is nice with a big supermarket, restaurants and is across the road from a train station that easily goes into the city centre and the airport. Walls aren’t the best sound proofed so would recommend ear plugs for any light sleepers. Overall a lovely and welcoming stay! "
